Module 1: Introduction & Grips
Start with the essentials. Learn the proper grips and the three fundamental rules of rope flow that will set the stage for everything you do. This module is your gateway to mastering the basics of this ancient practice.
Module 2: Foundational Rolls
Dive into the core movements with the foundational rolls, including the iconic Figure 8. You'll explore the transitions and learn how to combine rolls like Drag & Roll with Figure 8 in fluid drills. These lessons are designed to build your muscle memory and establish a solid foundation.
Module 3: Adding Finesse
Once you’ve mastered the basics, it’s time to add finesse to your movements. Learn intricate footwork, perfect the Matador, and explore the graceful Sneaks Overhand and Underhand. This module will help you bring elegance and precision to your rope flow practice.
